Patent &Technology Value Evaluation System
淮海專(zhuān)利技術(shù)價(jià)值評估系統是江蘇淮海技術(shù)產(chǎn)權交易中心聯(lián)合中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)共同開(kāi)發(fā)的國內首套以多維度評估專(zhuān)利/技術(shù)絕對價(jià)值的專(zhuān)用系統，該系統能夠在技術(shù)交易中提供第三方公允評價(jià)，為高等院校、科研院所和企業(yè)科研提供專(zhuān)利/技術(shù)價(jià)值評估服務(wù)，為技術(shù)作價(jià)入股提供價(jià)值參考依據，同時(shí)能夠為金融機構提供知識產(chǎn)權質(zhì)押融資提供信批依據。
該套系統開(kāi)發(fā)成功后，經(jīng)國家知識產(chǎn)權局組織的科技評價(jià)認為具有合理性和適用性，為專(zhuān)利技術(shù)評估提供了新的手段。
Huaihai Patent & Technology Value Evaluation System is the first set of special Evaluating system in China, jointly developed by Jiangsu Huaihai Technology Property Exchange Center and China University of Mining and Technology to evaluate the absolute value of patent / technology in multidimensional aspects. The system can provide a third-party fair evaluation in technology transactions, patent / technology value evaluation services for colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises, value reference basis for technology being priced into shares . At the same time, it can provide credit approval basis to financial institutions for intellectual property pledge financing.
After being successfully developed, the system was considered to be reasonable and applicable as a new means for the patented technology evaluation through the scientific and technological evaluation organized by the State Intellectual Property Office .
