楊小軍，男，1981年9月生，甘肅甘谷人，博士，研究員，就職于中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)深部巖土力學(xué)與地下工程國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗室，中國礦業(yè)大學(xué)越崎學(xué)者，博士生導師，King Abdulaziz University (KAU)客座教授和杰出科學(xué)家,入選韓國Kyung Hee Univeristy(KHU)杰出人才計劃，研究方向為數學(xué)物理、分數階微積分學(xué)及其應用、分形、力學(xué)、解析數論、積分變換和特殊函數等純粹與應用數學(xué)和力學(xué)。在Elsevier、CRC和Springer等出版社出版英文專(zhuān)著(zhù)7部，11部書(shū)章，發(fā)表SCI收錄論文160余篇。曾獲杰出科學(xué)家?jiàn)W巴達獎（2022，埃及）、阿塔納西耶?斯托伊科維奇獎?wù)拢?021，塞爾維亞）、阿貝爾獎（2020，土耳其）、杰出青年研究員奧巴達獎（2019，埃及）、ICCMAS2019青年科學(xué)家獎（2019，土耳其）、ICMMAAC2019-Springer杰出研究員獎（2019，印度）、全球高被引科學(xué)家（2019和2020）、中國高被引學(xué)者（2017，2018，2019和2020）、江蘇省教育科學(xué)研究成果高校自然科學(xué)類(lèi)二等獎（2018，排第一）和黑龍江省科學(xué)技術(shù)三等獎（2018，排第二）。入選江蘇省“333高層次人才培養工程”第三層次培養對象(江蘇省中青年科學(xué)技術(shù)帶頭人)（2018），非洲數學(xué)聯(lián)盟副理事（2019）且擔任非洲數學(xué)家大會(huì )學(xué)術(shù)委員（2022）、International Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics、Mathematical Methods in the Applied Sciences等10余個(gè)國際期刊任職副主編和編委。
